The Erie County Fair will
be held from Wednesday, August 9th through Sunday, August 20th.
The Turners 1 and Turners 2 will hold their Make-A-Wish charity fundraiser at the fair. Put the dates on your
calendar so you can participate. We'll be in our usual spot on the porch of the
Woodcarvers building. Steve Imerese, Rich Mialki, and Al Schultz are the organizers for the fair fund
raising event this year. You can lend a hand by making items ahead of the fair
as well as "working the booth" at the event. You can make items now
and add them to the stock available for the fair. Al Schultz is collecting fair
sale turnings at the Turners 1 meetings and Jake Debski
is doing the same at the Turners 2 meetings. Spend a few minutes making
things and dropping them off now so there isn't a mad scramble just before

thick segmented large bowl, mirrored wall & bowl, and a bowl on a
stand. All items were wonderfully
crafted and a pleasure to look at. Great job and thanks Barry.
