Rich Mialki informed all that the Fair
dates this year are August 6th, thru the 17th. Think about making items now. He also has a petition that he requests you
sign to get “Woodturning Woodshop” on Channel 17.
PLAN AHEAD. Don Geiger, a master turner from Florida,
will be at the PEMBROKE HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM, on Sunday April 20, 2008, 9 am
till 4 pm. His demo program is “Mastering the side-ground bowl gouge” starting
with sharpening, turning a natural edged bowl, jam and vacuum chucking, all
performed on his 900 pound “Stubby lathe”.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from Rich Mialki, 716-694-5430, Mialkisr@roarrunner.com,
