Kurt Hertzog requested others to
assist him in taking digital photos at meetings and events to post on the web
site. Three members raised there hands to volunteer. Dick Radel also
requested volunteers to take minutes of the meetings he can not attend. Steve
Imerese asked for volunteers to do demo’s in the
future and Rich Mialki, Kurt Hertzog, Jim Vasi,
Jim Hilburger, and Bob Ball all
volunteered.
--Jim Shimwell thanked
everyone who passed out over 500 items to the Aspire Kids. Jim will write a
special thanks letter to the Clarence Scroll Saw Club for their work. Our club
made about 250 of the 500 items. About 180 kids got toys and the rest of the
toys went to class rooms for future use by teachers and students.
The Sorby
Tools factory people will be doing a demonstration of their product line on
Wednesday, February 28th . The demo will be
held at the

Demo: Jim Schnelinger
did a great job explaining & demonstrating how he makes different shaped
pens.
Next Meeting: Thursday February 1st, 2007
The
demo will be done by Jim Rupracht. Jim will be demonstrating his techniques
for turning picture frames.
