As in past years, the WNYWoodturners had their fundraising booth on the porch of the Woodcarvers Building

Members of Turners 1 and Turners 2 collaborated on the effort selling turnings to raise money for Make-A-Wish

The location is perfect for watching the daily parade

Every afternoon, the daily parade with bands, classic cars, jugglers, and all kinds of childrens entertainment comes past

Uncle Sam and "Aunt Sam"? go by as well

The end of the parade always brings a fresh crowd to the booth

The clubs have two demonstrators turning for the visitors, here Gary Jones demos

Jay Ferrand demonstrates at the other lathe setup

The Jim Hilburger top and yo-yo show is always there

Kurt Hertzog takes a shift making tops for the effort

This year, the display was very organized with lots of contributed turnings from both clubs

Club members and their spouses volunteer for shifts staffing the booth

A look at the depth and breadth of the offerings

The weather has been very cooperative with sunny yet comfortably cool summer weather

Tom Hurley, Steve Imerese, and others wait on the customers

A replica of the check that the club gave to Make-A-Wish last year after the fair fundraising effort
