The Turners 2 were invited to participate in the Santa's Workshop weekends being held before Christmas |
The invitation was from the Toy Museum located in East Aurora at the Fisher Price facility |
It's hard to miss the place with all of the Toy Fest floats on the grounds |
We were given a great space right on the main aisle of the museum |

Jim Hilburger, Barb Berger, and Kurt Hertzog participated in the event for the club |
With Christmas on the way, the museum (next to the outlet store) had good attendance |
Jim, famous for his two minute top, gets started turning one of them |
Now it's time for the two tone paint job |

Completed... in less that two minutes and delivered to the audience for inspection |

Barb was helping with the crowd, cashing out, and taking photos |
The demos, top making, and top sales were all to raise money for charity |

The kids had a ball testing out all of the different tops being made |
The tops display table was an excellent idea with plenty of room to play as well as contain the tops |
The tops were for purchase and many wanted to buy the one they had seen made while they watched |

This young lady, in a strikingly beautiful outfit, puts a top to the test |
There were many spectators who really were curious about the turning process... |
and there were some who didn't really get that involved |
